Special Guest Post: "SPACE HERO"

SPACE HERO
by

Our story begins in space, in a galaxy far away. Once upon a time there was an alien named Jack. He was a very smart alien.
One day, he looked outside his spacecraft window and saw a Space Ghost. He ran as fast as his legs could carry him to warn all of the other aliens that they would be attacked.
No one believed him. They just laughed and said, “The ghosts are long gone from here.”
Jack said, “Look out the window! They're right outside!”
“Fine, but if they aren't, you owe me a soda!” said the head alien.
So they went to the window and looked outside. But no ghosts were there.
“But— but— but they were there a minute ago!” said Jack.
“Well, they aren't there anymore!” said the head alien.
That night when everyone was asleep, except for Jack, he could hear strange noises coming from the hall.
            “Whooooooooo-ooooo-oooo,” moaned a sound like a ghost.
Jack got so afraid that he jumped up and hit his head on the ceiling. “Ouch!”
He decided to get up and look around. While doing so, he walked down the hall. He went around the corner and there it was! The ghost was right there.
Jack knew he saw him but no one believed him.
He got out his ghost capturing ray and sucked the ghost up.
In the morning, he showed everyone the captured ghost. “These are the ghosts that I saw but no one believed me. So here they are!” said Jack.
Everyone started to cheer because Jack saved them from the ghost.
But wait . . . there was another noise from the hall.
Jack went over to the door and opened it slowly.
Then, ghosts started coming in—thousands of them were coming in! Everyone started running out of the room.
Next, Jack yelled into a microphone and said, “Stop! I have a plan. Meet me in the hall and lock the door behind you.”
Jack ran into the hall and locked the door. “Everyone get buckets full of water and throw them at the ghosts to turn them into slime.”
Everyone listened and started throwing the buckets of water at the ghosts. This turned them instantly into slime.
When all of the ghosts were gone, everyone cheered for Jack because he had saved them from the ghosts.

  1. John: I really liked your story, Martin! I really like the parts when there were the strange moaning noises in the hall and the ghosts turned into slime. It's also so cool when the head alien said, "If there are no ghosts, you owe me a soda!"

My favorite color is all the colors, but I especially like green and red, because green is the color of aliens and dragons, and red is the color of dragons.
